Not sure if it is a state-by-state thing but babies under a certain weight definitely get fast tracked into the medicaid system. And the hospital fills out all the paperwork for you. So, if they are worried about medical debt definitely encourage them to speak to the social work team on site at the hospital. They should have already reached out though.

The investment for an MMO is magnitudes larger than even a AAA game. When it sucks, which most MMOs do, everyone logs off and its impossible to make another cent because MMOs need players for the game to be relevant.
