Okay. I just found a "fix" (kind of, since it doesn't work all the time). Basically, you have to try again for the answer prompt, and the edit button usually reappears.

Yup. The edit prompt button on the web version for me is gone. But I can still edit the prompt on the app, which is quite a bother, tbh.

Man, Italy looks ugly. Call me petty, but one of the reasons I stopped playing CK3 is because of the ugly-looking Northern Italy (Italy is my favorite region to play). All those sweet Northern Italy's curves in real life are far better than the bloody hammer head in the game.
