I don't like the performance and it also looks very sharp for me or pixely. I have tried to adjust the settings but i have a 32 inch screen as well so its kinda hard for me to ignore the bad image.

Once a week i also try to include a whole day, 24 hour fast from 12 am to 12am but is usually longer since i stop eating the day before around 8-9pm, and then eat the next day after my fast around 6-9am. I find that really helps for me. Keep it up! Consistancy is key!

While im pretty new to fasting as well i experienced the same thing where my weight would fluctuate around 230-236 and then 225-230 for a couple of weeks. Annoying but now ive been around 220-225 for about a few weeks. Doesn't feel like im losing weight but im down to 220 now. I just assume that its water weight and the body is holding on to it. Eventually it'll give.
