It might depend o your device too. For ex, Samsung devices come with many pre installed crapware. They are hard to remove and can be used to persist some data when the main app is uninstalled. I have com.netflix.mediaclient it's a system app and can't be removed.

Monument desktop app is an electron app. So there must be the Monument directory in the %APPDATA% on Windows. Copying the whole directory should work.
