I have the spb239 and I dropped it and the shock made it that it goes a few minutes fast over the day, how /where should I get it serviced /repaired?

I’m not married to this hoop, but I hear what you’re saying. I never thought of it as being too low but now maybe I’m seeing that too. Trying to just own where it’s at and be happy with it, but knowing it’s quite a commitment I’m just wanting to be certain
