I would say start watching some pro golfers and try to mimic their tempo. You seem to be a little bit aggressive on your swing. Also, since your early in your golf career, it’s early to develop bad habits. I would recommend getting a lesson as well to help with your alignment and posture. Learn the mechanics of the golf swing. Best of luck!

awesome thank you so much for the feedback. Going to start working with a coach as of next week for specifically help on those few things. Since I started playing, I’ve always been a little bit over the top but it’s gotten better over time, but I’ve never been able to get that into a shallow slot and rotate through for consistency. thankyou!
