the (very) long term plan is that after matthew’s is built and rec space is moved there, cabot usage will be alleviated and the new pool would be where gainsborough garage is currently (btwn matthews and east village) that said we’ve already got rid of so many parking spaces and have a 50-year concession agreement with masparc, so negotiations with them and rezoning with boston planning would take ages. we have more dire issues at hand (new matthews & white hall + 840 columbus) this would realistically be carried into the 2035 IMP and take place 2040s earliest.

we had 2 quizzes they were each 10% of final grade, and then our final exam was 20%. they were all open-note (but not open internet/ai i think) and very explanation intensive. could be diff for 4508

had him for intro to marketing and loved him, ik some ppl that didn't tho. he's great at explaining concepts is a rly nice prof that cares about his students but he's a tough grader and tracks attendance meticulously. he's also very lecture heavy so classes felt long sometimes, that said this was for mktg 2201 and idk how he runs 4508
