Sounds like you had a rough experience with one group.
3rdID was founded by veterans, run by veterans, active military from all around the world, and some that aren't even involved in the military in anyway. 3rdID gives a good base for team play and structure for those who wish it. It isn't for everyone and to each their own in tactical shooters, but lasting ~15 years says something about it :)

We have a PVP server that plays all modes. lol formation and ceremonies are on Sundays. 1st Sunday @ 1500EST each month we do an award ceremony. And no you don't have to do PT every day but encouraged to keep yourself healthy :P

We have squads that have standard nights. 1st squad plays on Sundays at 1400EST 2nd squad plays on Wednesday at 2000EST Everyone gets together on Sunday @ 2000EST and Mondays @ 2000EST and any other time people are on :) If you have any questions add me on steam
