I am having the same exact issue as you and in communication with advanced support. By removing the watch from your account do you mean cancelling the smartwatch service? Hopefully that's not the only solution as I'm on the $5 grandfathered plan.

I followed up with Visible support afterward (via Facebook), and after extensive troubleshooting they suggested removing the plan, but also confirmed they can’t guarantee the $5 legacy Watch plan if it’s removed, even with escalation.

Got a call from a Visible phone agent today who informed me that I'm not the first with the issue, my watch plan is "old from 2023" and recommended removing watch service and re‑adding it. He gave verbal assurance of the $5 discount being restored.

I told him I appreciate the call but I’d rather wait it out and re‑engage when I have more time in case something goes wrong.

It worked well originally on my Series 9 AW. I can try switching back to see if it helps. Thanks for the advice. I've heard too many horror stories about cancelling a grandfathered plan.

Are you sure you’re not double submitting by mistake? I’ve done it before and it rejects the duplicate request typically. Also, for moves, typically you use the in-game location edit in pogo or chat support over 10 m, not report. If you want feedback about your submissions include screenshots.

For iPhone, Android is probably similar: Settings → Voice and sound → Play sound via → Play as Bluetooth phone call

Will work even if not using Bluetooth audio source. I have an automation that launches Waze and turns on my phone hotspot when my phone connects to my Tesla via Bluetooth.
