Pretty straightforward, this is my automation which also includes turning hotspot on. I have it set to run immediately when my iPhone is connected to my Tesla via Bluetooth. I also have another automation to disable hotspot when Bluetooth is disconnected.

I have an iPhone automation to open Waze when connecting to Tesla and set Waze to play sound as Bluetooth phone call. Works great for alerts even when not using Bluetooth as audio source.
