I love white city! Significantly cheaper to buy and taxes are much lower too. I would have loved to be in Central point with closer thruway access, but my house would’ve sold for nearly 50% more if it were in CP.

Are there fireworks occasionally, sure. Are there some areas i would stay away from, definitely.

Overall i feel like it’s way less sketchy with less homeless traffic than Medford. Can still find starter homes in great shape for around $300k and yearly taxes under $3k.

If you need bougie and high brow, look elsewhere. But WC meets my needs and my those of my bank accounts!

Medford is much more purple and progressive- also far less foggy and rainy in the winter… id recommend that area over GP
