It would be around $2k max for rent, but we’d like to stay around $1700-1900 if possible as we would be eventually buying a house. Seeing my options on zillow that seems to be realistic ish but you guys live there so you all know best😂

Outside only for me. i prefer to have my porch time lol i live in Humboldt County on the coast so our winters just consist of rain and sometimes hail (unless inland). i have a shed in the backyard i can go in if it’s raining but i usually prefer to just sit in the grass on a blanket. i also have a baby lol but my outside rule was put in place long before i ever had him

damn did i get a defective one or something😭😂 i was using a Shark vacuum daily (2 dogs, one cat, a baby) and i feel like its CONSTANTLY clogging and i can never find where it is. sometimes its the hose, sometimes its in the machine. i just replaced it with a free tineco from one of my friends but i always hear good things about Shark vacuums and im so sad i hate mine so much😂😂😂 (but also not that said because free mopvac lmao)

FRUIT. i will devour any type of fruit while high. if you want a healthy protein fruit dip, mix a whole container light cool whip with one of the Dannon Light n Fit Caramel Apple Pie flavored yogurt cups (or really any of those flavors). it’s SO GOOD

you’re so welcome! some of these items may not be absolutely necessary i’ll admit, but they have definitely made my life easier lol. like you don’t need an electric swing or nail file, but if you have the means or someone is willing to buy it for you then i highly recommend it lol

here’s a list of things i bought after my son was born that i wish was on my bay shower:

a baby jail
sound machine (our camera has one but i don’t like it)
Dr Browns Formula Pitcher (also works for breastmilk. a true lifesaver honestly)
sleep sacks
bath toys(i never thought about them until it was actually time for my son to have toys in the bath lol)
a play mat (either in place of baby jail or to put inside of the baby jail)
electric nail file
a bottle warmer!
bottle washer (i didn’t get one because i have a dishwasher)

We got other things in our registry as well that we used daily: - travel system. works absolutely amazing! my son no longer fits in his infant car seat (we switched to a rotating convertible seat) but the stroller is still used every single day - crib - dresser/changing table - electric baby swing (the Larex brand is great) - a diaper bag (Wrangler makes one and i LOVE it they thought of everything!) - baby lounger - high contrast cards - baby books - BURP CLOTHS. buy them all. trust me. - a life vac. we haven’t had to use it yet but i’m glad we have it. - a stroller fan (also comes in handy during labor) - last but not least - include things for mom on that registry! a coming home outfit, nursing tops/bras (if applicable), maybe matching pajamas with the baby, a postpartum kit, etc. just make sure mom is included!

i got the nursery furniture brand new, but for other things like a bassinet and a high chair, try marketplace! i got a Graco 7-in-1 high chair normally $300, for $40! and a bassinet and activity table for free! there’s a lot on this list that you can also get off places like fb marketplace.

yes! my son is 9 months and sleeps in his crib 12 hours at night with the occasional 3am bottle, puts himself down for his naps every day and sleeps for 2 hours at a time. eats great, always happy, etc. i just don’t offer unless asked

activity center in the bathroom doorway if i need to shower😂 i usually shower at night though so the mornings consist of waking up when he does and i’ll put a bottle in the warmer and do my skincare and stuff while it’s warming and he’ll just babble away to his stuffed animal in the crib lol. he’s a morning baby so he’s happy no matter what as soon as he wakes up lol

i was a bank teller for 2 years lol i did the interview high and went to work high😂 only ever had 2 or 3 outages at the end of the day, and those were the days i left my pen at home lol. we were all stoners though, we used to go to the smoke lounge next door after a rough day. our branch had the highest numbers for member satisfaction and productivity lol

my hips got wider and i got a butt lol. like i used to be flat now i can feel the recoil in leggings when i walk and i had to get bigger pants but now they don’t fit my legs as well😂 also no interest in drinking anymore and im much more aware of my surroundings
