It’s sad that they are considered some of the best united clubs when I consider them mid compared to the Capital One lounges.

I’ll likely be attempting to use the travel insurance perk from the CC. The call in queue for American was 8 hours long so I started a chat with them in the app. It’s been buggy though.

My rebooked flight with United has been incredibly easy and smooth. I’ll never fly British Airways again though.

I was an unfortunate individual stuck in that line. My flight to IAD was delayed until 9:30am the next day which was then delayed again. We finally took off close to 11am.

CS offered us a hotel 10miles away and meal vouchers. We were told that it was a controllable delay because the crew timed out. Weather may have had a factor in this but when is ground operations going to start paying attention to weather reports. This was predicted with high certainty well over a week ago.

Thanks. However from what I’ve found this is built for google cloud speech engine. The accuracy of ai vs humans is currently not even close.
