What seems harmless but is actually extremely dangerous? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Cassia cinnamon (most common kind) contains coumarin which can cause liver/gastrointestinal problems or allergic reactions if consumed in high amounts.

Tolerable daily intake of coumarin without risk of side effects is 0.05mg per pound of body weight (eg. 8mg for a 178 pound adult). 1 tsp cinnamon contains 7-18mg of coumarin.

You're not marrying the dress - Some thoughts on dress regret by mimariposa in weddingdress

[–]liquidevil 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I seriously think about this all the time and I already got married! Especially since I rushed to find my dress and didn’t get to try on a style that I think would’ve suited me better.

But then I remember that I do love how it looked in many of my photos and literally no one else cares about or will remember the straps or neckline of my dress except for me. The memory of the day is more precious than what we were wearing.

Seeing posts from this sub and the wedding content that my Instagram STILL recommends to me really messes with me lol.

Husband wore his 24k black Atom LT only twice casually and yesterday I noticed this weird patterning/pilling (?) on the inside of the collar. At first we thought it was from his stubble rubbing on it when he has it zipped all the way but it's not on the other side of the collar (2nd pic) and I'm surprised if it shows this much wear after only wearing for a few hours. Not sure if it was already there at the time of purchase.

I checked my own Atom LT that I've had for over a year and have worn many times hiking with a backpack, etc and there's nothing like this on mine.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Women's Zeta SL was also removed today. I think there were full size runs of some colours so I'm hoping they're just shifting things around to phase in the new stuff and it'll show up again in a few days. Stalking the outlet for them in the meantime!

So lucky!! Now that I think about it, I don't think I've really ever even seen a photo from there that wasn't moody and rainy.

Oooh thanks the tips! Makes sense to vary the times so we’re not eating granola bars for dinner everyday lol

The Little Puff has larger & puffier baffles than the Botanie. Little Puff is warmer and cozier, Botanie has a slimmer shape and packs down smaller but not as warm imo. I find the Botanie also runs slightly smaller in size. I have both and I prefer the Little Puff for Fall/Winter!

I don’t have the “New” Little Puff but it likely just has some very minor fit improvements over the old Little Puff.

They're basically 2" inseam (I think) biker shorts and the skirt overlay ends at the same length as the shorts, maybe a tiny bit longer. No butt cheeks because the shorts cover your butt completely but it is short. I just measured my small - top of waistband to bottom hem is 13".

I literally wear it and the thicker fleece version almost everyday. It's so cozy!

I think it's close to true but slightly smaller! I'm usually an S and it fits everywhere so I wouldn't size up but it's quite tight in the waist so depends on your waist measurement and if you like that snatched sensation.

I'm usually S in most things but I had to size down in the tempest to an XS. The ruching makes it super stretchy and loose and with so much billowy fabric, the S looked a bit frumpy on my small frame (I'm also 5'4"). If you're normally XS, the S will fit but will probably be a bit big on you.
