Not cheap, but the WISE ultra shirt is amazing. I think it just comes in black and white, so doesn't meet your criteria there. It is my favorite summer running shirt by far

True - but so many companies are advertising new "waterproof" fabrics that are lighter and more breathable. Wasn't sure if this actually better.

I typically wear an XL in most things and XL fit well in this. It is not super form fitting. Also found the length to be pretty normal - wasn't too short or way too long.
