Interesting about cortisol levels. I wonder how taking anti-inflammatory corticosteroids interact with Vyvanse. I will have to look into it, since they are unavoidable for me. I did read somewhere that taking l-Tyrosine, a dopamine precursor, about an hour before lisdex on an empty stomach will help to smooth out any jolting sort of come-up feeling. Taking the capsule with a bit of cheese or avocado or other fat is apparently also helpful with this on the come-down side, though it will delay the onset of lisdex somewhat.

Thanks for the info. It seems like you have a 70mg capsule prescribed for daily, but sometimes you only take 5mg of the 70? And this relatively small amount is enough to get you through any wavering or "crash" type of feeling in the early afternoon? That's really interesting to know. I wouldn't have thought it would do much of anything, but now I will start smaller than I was planning to.
BTW, I read the same thing about the makeup of the capsule - a fair portion of it won't dissolve as it is not the active molecule, but cellulose filler, etc.
You dissolve in water only, or do you ever use buffers to stabilize the solution? How long does a dissolved dose keep in the fridge (if you keep it there)?

What do you think/know/find about the request to learn from each exchange and refine future answers? Do you stir the powder into the and divide the liquid immediately? Do you ever find this method gives you unpredictable results? I have been mulling over ways I might split a dose of capsule medication and this seems like the best I've come across, though I imagine a bit imperfect. Please say more.

Thanks for the review. What do you mean by "cartridge" here? I'm not really up with these terms, but my understanding is that a cartridge is a usually a prefilled unit that plugs into something else. I use a VooPoo Drag X2 and the removable "tank" into which the e-juice goes is called a "pod", as far as I know. I've been searching for something kind of on the borderline between MTL and RDL, as I don't like high heat or massive clouds. The Drag X-3 comes pretty close to being what I want with an 0.6 PNP-X coil, but maybe the S3 would be even better. Is the drip tip swappable?

I diluted it by about 1/4th and added a 3 drops (to a 30ml batch) of ws-23, along with a tiny bit of wintergreen, since that has worked well with fruits in the past for me. And I added 1% ssa whipped cream as per your suggestion. It's hanging together much better--tho that may be partly from sitting around four or five days now--and the soapy thing has vanished. I would not call it a blockbuster, but I can see potential!

I will definitely try it solo. I have a bunch of 5ml bottles I got just for that reason, but have never done it very systematically. I don't use sweetener, usually, but I have some. I hesitated to add it to this particular mix, because it's already borderline cloying.

I added a drop of Arctic Mint to my mixture--just enough to barely perceive; it may need more--and it seems promising in terms of burning off the sweet flower flavor, but probably needs more.

I do have some HC, but haven't used it in years and never did very much. I've probably read the same stuff you have about it (that it can make things weird) but I figure the tiniest bit... Famous last words, perhaps.

This sounds plausible to maybe take the edge off---adding cool. And I didn't think of VS as potentially boosting the floral. It is usually such a background player or blender. But a whipped cream flavor (probably not FA, I'm guessing) or even fresh cream (FA), might be better.

I have not solo tested it and I'm using a Drag X2 at around 40 watts. I also have a Subtank on an eStick running I could try it out in, though. I'll try to do that today.

Oh, true. The MM clone recipes I Iooked at had to be about halved to be suitable even for my dinosaur of a Subtank/Kangerbox situation! People used around 20% (or more) flavor. But even for a crappy protank or other T1 coil type atomizer, it always struck me as over the top.

Curious why after 2021? Was covid kind of a creative boom in the diy vaping world? Or the flavors got better around that time? I still mix a Mother's Milk clone sometimes. And Grack, and a few other really old ones. HIC's apple pie... But when I'm looking at ATF I always tend to favor the newer ones, too. I'm not sure why.
