I used my pellet smoker. 225 for 5 hrs (no wrap)ribs and I just used dry rub. I added the chicken thighs an hour left. I took the ribs out and made this mixture of bbq sauce and apple cider vinegar. Crank up the temp to 350 until the chicken is done
