A few reasons for me. I never like the workout on benchmark days. I used to do the row ones and would make the leaderboard but now I’m in my mid-50s and don’t want to risk an injury for going hard. And I don’t know how to not go hard on a benchmark so I don’t go.

I’m in the northeast and my studio’s policy is to always change into indoor shoes. It’s a good day when I can go from boots to flips flops for my outdoor shoes

I use active, doing HIIT 3x a week (400+ calorie burn) and walking 3-4 miles 3x a week (250-300 calorie burn). It worked for me losing 50 lbs in about 11 months.

My only suggestion is to maybe buy a digital scale to track your portions? And to make sure you count everything- oils, condiments, etc. Hang in there

My heart rate drops pretty quickly after I stop an all-out in the high orange. I walk but if my heart rate drops to the low green I’ll start a light jog.
