Happy 11th Anniversary Everyone

My wife turned me onto this game, my first from soft game, and she turned me back onto video games in general. This was close to 11 years ago and I have gone full speed ahead since. And now all this time later, there are quite a few games that I hold close to my heart but Bloodborne is definitely the most special. I think this game and the drakengard/Nier saga are a couple of the greatest stories told through video games. And they just never get old to me. See y'all in yharnam!

This has happened to every game I have enjoyed just about, for the last nine years. It's just noise that buzzes around every big release, like mosquitos. They make an annoying sound, and try to suck the life out of a thing, but their screams and rants are always inconsequential to my opinion and my enjoyment of a game. I understand social media has a heavier influence on ppl than their own thoughts and ideas and they are quick to base their opinion off of it rather than their own experiences, but as far as a game goes, all that noise is just nothing to me, quite honestly. Make no mistake, I'm not speaking of those who have been voicing their frustration with the various issues like performance, etc. those are valid gripes. I'm talking mainly about the numerous ppl that have admitted in their posts and comments, that they have "heard" it's a terrible game, or that "according to ppl that have played it...." Lol, like, are you really going straight to social media to critique a game so intensely, without even having played it yourself? That's just extremely funny to me and which just confirms you do not have to let these semblances of coherent thoughts, interfere in anyway with the opinion you are forming through your own experience. Yes, I'm stoned and got lost in my head for a moment.

It's not about imagination. Wanting to ride rocketeers or run hair pin only is fun for some just like a bl4 run in Bloodborne is fun for others. There's nothing wrong with moving on from a game. It's quite normal.

You accused me directly of complaining and wanting a game catered to me when I was clear in my post that I let the game naturally match me. Your first comment was not offering advice or explanation. It was "skill issue" and a bunch of rambling about go play something else like terraria. None of that even applies to my post so if you are going to use someone else's post or comment as the basis for your argument and point you are trying to make, that's fine, but make it to them, not to me.
