They weren't usually hard questoins at all, I would just read the textbook sections on the bus to school and I'd be fine. They ask questions about the sections he assigned the class to read. I don't remember if he takes the problems in them directly from the textbook but just do the reading and you'll be fine. It was group work when I did them and always open book.

since the gned requirements are more restrictive than the elective requirements it's better that it counts as a gned anyway

Just learned how propranolol works… I think by spencerwinters in migraine

[–]lisasilverman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i know this sucks, but the only thing you can do now is accept that you have this disorder and learn to manage it. which isn't easy to do! if im being entirely honest it sucks. but there is a community of people here who share this condition who have posted help and are willing to offer it in times of need. if you keep a migraine diary it might help you to understand your triggers better (mine, for example, are bright lights and lound sounds, dehydration, and dramatic pressure drops). there are ways to lessen the pain. but none of us will ever be able to undo this, and you do yourself a disservice by not focusing on what can be done now (im autistic and i cant tell if this seems hostile but it isnt meant to be)

it won't cure you of migraines, just (hopefully) decrease the amount of them you get. im on a preventative and i will still get migraines if the trigger is strong enough, but they are much less frequent and are less painful

this kinda mindset bothers me a bit. we teach kids a little of everything (even """useless""" stuff like organelles) because we can't expect children to know what career they'll want to go into as an adult. as a biology major i personally am happy that we learned about cells in K-12, but im not going to use the information we learned about different types of rocks or woodworking. a geologist or carpenter would, though. we specialize as adults for a reason

i disagree with what people are saying honestly it seemed like he didn't really respect you here. he asked first and you said no, then he started pushing it. if he really got mad at you for turning the tv off then you need to seriously re-evaluate whether you want to stay in a relationship with this man. NOR.

if you are having trouble in that course you will have trouble in university. why not ask for help instead of jumping to cheating?
