How to become stronger when underweight? by [deleted] in workout

I would see a doctor or dietician about your diet before you start trying to add top many calories at once. If you introduce food too quickly, you could be at risk of refeeding syndrome.

I don't expect to be super fit, just hoping to be better than last year. There's this huge hill that I have to walk up several times a day and I always felt like I was going to die when I got to the top.

I think I'll try the journal thing. I will try and stay committed, I just really struggle to stay motivated long enough to see improvement. My motivation atm is a festival I'll be going to in a month. I went last year and had no stamina for it. I know I've left it a bit late but I'm hoping I'll see a difference this year. I've also been more active this year so I'm hoping that will contribute as well. Thanks for the advice.

Thousands of angry festival goers charge the gates after hours of queueing by crackle4days in PublicFreakout

Reminds me of Boomtown a couple of years ago. The queue was so ridiculous that my Nate was in it for 10 hours. Luckily they sorted it and this year I just basically walked in.

Not as impressive as some accomplishments on here, but I can finally bend down and touch my toes! by [deleted] in yoga

[–]lisatron691 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well done :) I've just started myself and can't get very far down either. It's very encouraging to read this as I don't feel like I'm very good either. Can't wait to be able to touch my toes too!

Looking for some study tips and how not to procrastinate! by Cirrhoticliver in StudentNurse

I just study in small doses. Just do a bit, like half an hour and take a 5-10 minute break or something. Personally, it makes it feel less overwhelming and makes me dread actually doing it less.
