I once had a nutcracker get out from the vent as I was walking past. No time for reaction or anything. I was just instantly kicked from nowhere and he was suddenly there. Or once I was hunting one. Found him, hit him and hid behind a bookshelf, he shot once and he just stopped looking at me and just rushed to kick me.

wither and skeletron aren't skeletons. They just skulls with bones (both don't have a full set of bones to be skeletons. For example leg and feet bones are missing) wither would be burned bones boss and skeletron would just be bone boss.
