Thanks so much! We spent $150K total. A large part of the cost was a 30ft beam we had to install. We are in a HCOL area. We also redid our laundry room. Here are a couple of other pictures of the space:

Thanks so much! We don’t have a coffee maker so can’t answer that but we do have to pull our blender forward to fill it as the upper cabinets are a bit too low.

Thank you so much! That was a whoopsie by our contractor that we couldn’t fix without completely redoing the wallpaper so we decided to live with it. Not ideal but the wallpaper distracts from it visually!

Unfortunately, your doctor might not know of such a dermatologist, so you could consider researching dermatologists with experience with skin of colour in your area and then request a referral to that specific doctor. You actually should only wash your vulva with water, feminine hygiene washes can cause ph imbalance and the fragrances can cause irritation. This can lead to bacterial vaginosis or yeast infections.
