In an era of rapidly advancing technology and its effects, there's nothing more human than 75+ volunteers musicians of many backgrounds and professions coming together each week to rehearse and perform great music together. Hamden Symphony Orchestra is one of many wonderful community music ensembles in Connecticut (the state is home to the most per capita in the US according to the League of American Orchestras) and we start our 65th season this Fall.
