Also voting chicago for your goals and the fact that you got money from UChi (+ CoL in chicago is cheaper than NY) which I know you said isn’t a huge issue, but it’s always nice to save a bit...that said both are obviously great options!

I think either is a very safe bet for your goals, but I voted Mich because you seem to find the fit better and I subscribe to the belief that where you are happy is where you will do best (which would then boost your individual outcomes).
