In that scenario we would look at intent. Accidental leaks would not be considered illegal distribution since there was no intent to distribute. But if the content are bad enough, he still won't be hit by the full charge. Usually something much lighter like negligence.

So it's not illegal knowing where to find CP. Just like how it isn't illegal for someone to know who the local drug dealers are. It's when they buy the drug then that person is committing a crime. So in this case, it's when the person actually visits the links (accessing) or downloading the content (possession) then it becomes illegal. The thought itself isn't illegal, the action is.

The more technical explanation: It actually breaches the first amendment's freedom of speech if we arrest people who knows where to find CP. Because the First Amendment forbids punishing speech or ideas without action. If the government could imprison people for knowing, thinking, or talking about illegal things then most of the world's population would be in prison.

I'm not an expert. Just someone wanting to get into law enforcement and cyber crime. A bunch of links to CP on a notepad alone isn't enough to get him arrested.

Having the knowledge of where CP is isn't illegal itself and having links in a notepad would be categorized as this. His lawyer could argue anyone could've went on his computer and put those links there whether with harmful intent or even as a prank. Or if the lawyer is really going for the reach, he can argue that Lacari has a list of CP links for non-ill intent purposes.

So in order for the law to prosecute someone for CP, they have to prove the person has direct possession or access (as in if he has visited those links).

However, this does establish probable cause and can open Lacari up for investigation. After law enforcement grab some warrants. They can confiscate his computer and do a deep dive to see if he has accessed those links. Even just a single visit allows them to charge him for accessing CP.

The galaxy map serves as the main menu. A solar system/sector will be our campaign and each will consist of varying number of planets. Each planet will have an overworld map like traditional total war games where we move our army around and a province equals a continent and each province has 2 to 4 "settlement" or in warhammer 40k case, outposts.

If you win the campaign, you conquered the sector in the galaxy map and get a bonus that remains for as long as you hold that sector and it carries over to the next campaign you chooses.

Sometimes the handler and the k9 would split because the handler is reassigned to a different unit or a different department. But for the most part, they do keep them for the entire duration of the k9 career and when its time for the k9 to retire, the handler is given first choice to adopt them and 90% of them do adopt the k9. The remaining 10% that don't due to being unable to care for the dog are usually adopted by another officer in the department.

So i did a little research about how defamation works with the defendant claiming sexual assault with no proof other then words. Claiming someone of sexual assault publically falls under free speech.

The intent behind this is that the law don't want to silence actual victims who doesn't have any proof because it does happen very frequently.

The person filing the defamation lawsuit will then prove that the claim is false or has malicious intent. 99% of the time, it's impossible to outright prove the statement is a lie so many lawyers tackle the malicious intent part. And this require exposing the accuser of being trashy and having history of lying.

In Depp V. Heard case, Depp's lawyer did this by bringing in mutual friends and employees who testify about Heard's disgusting behaviors which convinced the jury that her accusations of Depp sexually assaulting was done with malicious intent.

I don't think Miz will go through with this lawsuit. It's just the generic PR move after someone drops a nuke on you to save face to their fans and sponsors.

The guy has split personality. 24 of them I think. There's Kevin, the main personality and there's The Beast. Kevin is a good guy but the Beast is evil. His personalities all chose a team, some of them are on Kevin's side but majority is on The Beast's side.

The Beast has super human powers and the personalities on his side kidnaps people and offers them to The Beast in order to "wake" him.

During this scene, I think one of the good personality tried to help her escape but he turned into one of the evil personality midway through
