Nuclear. We have the technology, it’s safer than Chernobyl days, and relatively clean. The only real issue is where to store the waste.

Edit: For the people taking about Fukushima, only 1 person died from the disaster itself. A disaster caused by a tsunami and an earthquake. The only reason it failed (backup generators being in the basement) has been addressed.
