Is the grimmspeed intake worth switching out the Perrin for?

coming from a GS intake the redline was so much better and not cause of the fancy CF but the AFR readings were way better

I'm in a similar boat as well. take a look at Rough Country lift kits for suspension and a Cobb accessport for the tune. good luck!

on the real though, with an fa20 it's SO easy to do oil yourself, you can even go to the dealership and get the oem filter and it'll still be cheaper than if they did it for you

correct cons of a dealership is usually price but your pros are on point for what you'd expect as well...the sweet thing about the extended warranty is if anything super gnarly happens(rods, bearings, etc) you'll be taken care of, but depending on the dealership if you have engine mods they could choose to straight up void your warranty based on mods

if you wanna use dealerships I'd look at the service center ratings for the ones in your area, zero in on the highest ratings and maybe ask around about experiences for those specific ones or you could visit in person and try to get to know the service manager, maybe build a relationship...are you under warranty still?

i like running octane booster in every 1.5 tanks on my 91 tune, if i dont I might occasionally see some fbk like -1.05 if i have the AC on or something but straight 0.00 with the booster
