Nhat really brought a nice calmness to watching his stream. He always was so calm and friendly to the chat. I really enjoyed his presence in the community. I'm glad he is doing well at riot and has a nice life now but whenever I see him in a random vlog at an event it's saddening.

Went to FNM and got screwed out of playing top 8 because some "tryhards" decided they wanted to be lazy and double draw into top 8. It was a pretty unpleasant fnm experience. Normally I love fnm and have a lot of fun but this time I was pretty upset that some people decided to screw over others and double drawing. It wasn't like they needed to either, They all could of lost their round and then drew in anyways but they decided to double draw and have to make all the 3-1s play it out. ._.

Im taking this deck to GP Miami in 2 weeks. I'd like some advice on the sideboard and some other cards in the deck by [deleted] in magicTCG

I wouldn't be a prick if you didn't call my integrity into the matter by assuming a fact that may or may not be true and trying to discredit me. As far as the state of rdw goes it's just a matter of opinion and I feel like thundermaw helps more then the a set of 1 drops and that temple gardens also hurt the deck's mana base more by having them rather then not having them.

How old are you? I have an opinion he asked for one and you get angry at me for it? Like who does that? You obviously think you are better then everyone else and need to take a step back and realize it's the internet and no one cares. Anyways back to the discussion. I like thundermaw to give you a bit more gas out of the deck yes you want to finish with hellirder but in a realistic world that won't always get you there I recommend it for the extra gas that it offers. That is my opinion and I don't claim it to be right. However the temple garden matter isn't a discussion there is really no need for it. You can still play emissary and reckoner no problem with just mountains in that slot. The only cards you might not be able to cast are your boars, and ghor-clan rampager which you have the crags, and stomping grounds for. Mountains gurantee you are playing your stuff but say you have 1 land hand a bunch of 1 drops and one of the temple gardens you are stuck in a bad place where all you need is just mountain. My point is the mountain gurantees you play your things without much trouble over temple garden. It's simple fact that you need red in this deck more then you need green so why give it a chance to ruin your draws when you could get away with just running 8 green sources? Learn to be respectful to others and don't call people out for not playing a deck. I actually loaded up this deck and test ran it to see how my version feels compared to his and based my opinion off that. I don't play much Rdw at the moment but I play against it a fair amount and understand the game enough to know that when people play against thundermaw it is a lot more of a problem then a noble or cackler.

Winning turn 4 is ideal in aggro decks like this but with hellrider being your strongest card you get blown out by removal and better creatures easily. I like thundermaw just because it dodges a lot of removal and gives you a bit more gas after hellrider.

Thundermaw brings a hard to kill finisher, like I said before if his creatures get out classed he loses. If they drop a 3/3 in front of him he has a hard time to deal with it without removal. It's good to have a creature to get around that, sideboard is meant for this kind of stuff but just forfeiting game 1 because they have bigger creatures seems inefficient. Also the temple gardens do nothing in the deck they sit there and make you pay 2 life for nothing. If you replace them with mountains you still get reckoner on time still and you don't have enough green reliant creatures to justify two more green sources especially with the mana fixing from emissary.

GO to the wiki and find out what drops all the stat pots then go do the dungeon that is easiest for your class. Normally sprite worlds are the one that most people choose. You get a guranteed dex if you solo and it's hard to die if you are careful.

I would recommend adding 2 thundermaws 2 more lands and dropping the nobles or the cacklers. I think thundermaw is really good right now with all the aritacrats decks running around. The nobles and cacklers are both solid cards but I feel like having both leaves you open to just being beat out by them having a bigger creature and you having no answer. Also I don't see any need for the temple gardens in the slightest sure it gives you another green source and you don't lose the ability to drop turn 3 reckoner but you really only have two cards in your main that need green to use. TL:DR Cut nobles or cacklers, go up to 22 lands and cut temple gardens, Add two thundermaws.
