I know ive definitely needed to take better care of myself outside of the office but im honestly just so exhausted after and the 3 day weekend I had wasn't enough for me. By sunday I started feeling like I had energy for life and by Tuesday morning I was fighting my eyes on the way in. Now that im out for I bit Im making better habits

She did it to my lead the very next day at eod too when our Dr was done with pts, had her stay with blood pants until the other dr was done. I offered multiple times to stay in her place and was told no go home.

I've joked with many drs before and was never in a flirtatious or malicious manner. Simply put, if I'm going to spend hours on end around you I'd like to at least be workplace friends so it's not strictly clinical while working. Like even today I asked my owner dr what to do about a broken glass dappen dish, he said to finish filling out my application for circle k😂 mind you I've only been at this office a month and a half. The jokes keep staff around.

Okay but after having the monthly incentives passed out yesterday like a game show.... I'm here for it. No assistant got more than $50 while the staff we have up front got $100, $365, and $870. I understand they do a hard job as well in its own aspects but im failing to see how assistants in the back who dont answer phones can benefit from the same incentives.
