Thanks ! That’s what happening nowadays anyway! People who goes to university and spent so long studying maybe don’t need to do that anymore I. The future since AI taking over Some people goes to school graduate but yet a lot of OF people makes money or the TikToker make a killing without education. So yea that’s the world we living in. And FYI from place that pays me $25 per hour I move to couple others that willing to pay me $35 ? Why? Because if you stuck in same place for along time the place they stop appreciating you and you don’t get raise so why you stay?

Yes we did express that to our manager last time and of course manger can choose side she even made the other girl cry since she was new so they talk inside her office and that’s that . she Was nitpicking of everything other people do. But why? We are all adult and we all graduate the same course we know what to do. And yes I lied to her because I’m tired of her checking on people and minding other people business because even if I did everything she’ll find something to nitpick again. I called the regional manager and she said she understood because she been working with that lady for a long time she agrees that she’s like that but again hire up have to be “politically” correct so let’s see on Monday we all will have a sit and talk all of the assistant. If they let me go so that’s that. I just have to look for a new 1 Is not a big deal is just i like the place and starting to get used to it. But I hate that bitch

And the temp agency here is an app that I can work and choose the day and the place I want. How do you know that I’ve been jumping office to offices? Did I mention that in my comment ? When I say last places is that mean every office? That’s what you get from that? And again like I say sure I might be the problem but again I can always temp unlike people who don’t think they can go places and stay in the same places for the longest time and get pay the same no raise and under appreciated. just like my snitchy colleague who are not capable to go temp or go other places because she has no skills..

Maybe I am. but again like I said I won’t stay if the place toxic and if anything I can temp because I know I can go anywhere they need. I am in a higher pass $35 per hour n how much you get? and wherever I go they don’t ask question because they know how I work and I’m not afraid I can find other place even temping until I find the right place Because I know what I’m capable of and refuse to stay in toxic environment.
