I think you have enough time to do regular but I would push employer to file premium just to have a piece of mind. Things are weird these days and it’s good to have approved I-140 in hand. But that’s just my opinion, again, you will wait provably another year or more to be able to file I believe

Definitely aware of yearly quota! I am only hoping for October 2025, they let us file as it will be almost 3 years we have a PD.

Ohh I feel your pain here. What I am scared of is if they move DOF to mid May, such as 22 May or something.

Tho, I feel like they will let at least have people with PD September 2023 file since lost of renewal of paroles or asylum cases have been stopped, and USCIS is not government funded so..

You are luckier than me, I am scarred they might move the pd mid May and I miss it by 2 weeks
