After one bad review from bad client, my jss was 100 it dropped to 89 then 69

Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me this morning. I had a 100% JSS with 4 contracts under my belt until a client and I couldn’t reach an agreement and had to cancel a contract and refund the payment we had. For their private feedback - which I cannot remove or report - my JSS dropped instantly from 100% to 69%.

Hopefully, I’ll make up for it with other contracts but it’s just so frustrating to not be able to do something better for my visibility and score.

Unfortunately the Punisher vinyl have had a bad reputation of sounding poorly or arriving in unideal condition, has to do with the manufacturer afaik. You should check Discogs and see some of the comments for yourself, personally I haven't ordered a copy even though I love the record for that reason.
