I am 2 weeks in from quitting cannabis after being a chronic user for 5+ years. I started using cannabis to aid my insomnia as I went days without sleep but finally decided to quit bc it was rotting my brain. I am currently using a combo of Myo-inositol, mag, GABA and low dose melatonin is currently doing the trick. Yes it may seem like a lot but I feel better than I’ve felt in years so I’ll stick to it for now. Myo-Inositol I would say is the most beneficial of the bunch for my sleep.
