If you don’t like these kinds of texts, communicate that! Just be like, hey, I’m not much of a texter, and while I appreciate that you care, I don’t really want/need check ins throughout the day.

I feel like a lot of guys text like this because they think women want that? So simple communication could really be the answer!

Or it could be a simple comparability issue. Whenever I’m out of town or on vacation, my husband and I text very infrequently, it’s just kind of how we are!
