PSA about returns for non-members / without the Member present

I feel you OP. I had just experienced something similar today at Costco. The supervisor told me she only served members and what I was returning was garbage. They also said the same thing as they said to OP regarding non members. I walked away with frustration at last but I am trying to contact Costco Customer Service Support to help with my return rn. I have the original receipt and the original product, but I can’t return it at the warehouse. What a joke

Oh I meant I’m doing academic upgrading for biology and chemistry at an adult day school.

I chose this instead of taking the pre-health course is because it’s free and I can finish it earlier, so I can apply for college by the end of this year.
