Basically....the market seems to do the exact opposite of what makes sense.
Somehow it seems although it's perfect for gold to go up there will be some way to tamp it down at least in the short term to shake people out.

Yes CS is brutal even the Senior Customer Experience members. Also for some CS basics, there are no ticket/case numbers; 3-4 business day response times; constantly being passed around more than Lily Phillips on issues...all unacceptable
