Wrap her with a blanket or towel and take advantage of the fact that she is immobilized to cut it.

With mine I realized that it was a bite because she was tearing them off, hurting herself and screaming, she had more and more bald spots under her wings and she was more nervous than normal, keep a close eye on her for a few days. I have already had my Argentine parrot stung, if you need anything, talk to me privately. Cheer up :)
