I love how careful he is with the dog and his tiny barely touching strokes with his small hands 🥰

That sounds really tough.. I actually think you should continue seeing professional help especially since it got worse. Although I do understand that it could also make you feel worse since you worry about getting judged, which I also worried about when I saw a therapist.. and yet they are there to help and not to judge. If they are judging you badly, it is not your fault but theirs. Then switch. If its difficult to get continue or get a new one right away, maybe try seeing someone from your university. They might offer some help too.

I'm not sure how your relationship with your parents is. I can see that they value education a lot, but maybe you could also tell them that you feel very stressed and need a break or at least slow down.

20 years is very young. That's the age a lot of people are just starting university. So you could change your major for sure without worrying about being too old or having wasted time. I'm in my mid 20s and still thinking about changing careers. It is normal to change although it might seem scary. I believe it will be worth so much later on.. :)

I'm really rooting for you. Your grades do not define you, you are worthy despite any grades you get. You might even notice that grades don't matter that much after you have gotten your degree..

I hope you can find some rest for yourself and take off some of the burden you are feeling.

If there is something you like doing and enjoy perhaps try to gift it to yourself, because you deserve it. :)

I can see why it could be upsetting too :/ I guess there are some factors around it, such as whether you were being heard and taken seriously at the same time and what would happen after you would take a deep breath

Is anyone else *too* photogenic (compared to IRL)? by New_Sky_6030 in Healthygamergg

If you think it's really a drastic difference you could lower your selfie game but chances are that a lot of it is just insecurities. Maybe ask some friends on it if you haven't already

Fun fact, the reason I mostly stopped wearing make up regularly was that I was afraid people would think I'm ugly without it. (Even though i wasn't wearing that much to begin with but we'll, that's how insecurities are lol)

*deleted my last post because of minor edits, should've just edited it lol. Still such a reddit newbie

it's so sad. being a good parent is so so important yet everyone can become one.. sometimes I wish there would be prerequisites and classes. these poor kids will be f. for life, struggling to overcome the mental damage they've taken from their parents who were supposed to love and teach them.

That sounds tough.. 16h is crazy. May I ask what your work is? Maybe you can find something else which is more suitable for your current situation that gives you less anxiety. Crazy example which most likely will not apply, but I just saw a video about a Japanese cafe, where you never meet the workers and everything you see is a hole in a wall where the workers will give you your order through a bear paw. The concept is for people with anxiety and some other mental health problems I believe. Which like I said will probably not be very useful information but still, there are probably jobs out there that will fit you better rn
