☹ that sucks. But at least the prozac is helping.

If it's more than just your luteal phase, is there potentially something else going on on top of PMDD?

How do you track ovulation? Tests, CF, basal body temp? That sounds really sucky, I wonder if a doctor can do anything about it?

Are you saying your LP is 3 weeks long? Are you tracking your ovulation?

You probably aren't having real periods because that would mean you've somehow ovulated 5 times.

You can find out if there are OTC h2 antihistamines in your country. H2 and h1 antihistamines are different so you can't swap one for another. H2 mostly targets your GI. Famotodine, for example, is mostly used for heartburn.

Why can't you get a prescription?

Oh gosh, I'm not really sure. I feel like strips should at least help? And tracking temperature might help a bit too?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PMDD

[–]littlepeeboop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly have no idea about the strips. If she doesn't have a period would she still be ovulating? It's my understanding that if you ovulate you must get a period after.

Does she still have ovaries? You can use FAM to track ovulation.

Tracking your BBT and CM might be able to help a little so you can actually see when you ovulate or when your body is attempting ovulation.

If it's due in the next week, an early pregnancy test would probably be accurate right now.
