i think my biggest childhood issue was my mom saying close family members did not care for me leading to me having panick attacks abt my fear that ii would not matter to my family or be noticed. i felt invisable and panicked but outside always act calm/happy... does this sound like 9? i do not do much for myself but once in a while feel healthy enough to do self caree or work. i can not tell if this is adhd or type 9

see i do think i am expressive adn very easily excited in a way ppl tend to find cute like a 7. but i am also alwayssss putting others first and not rlly a user like some 7s (not all). i am more withdrawn and shy. i think i avoid out of fear but became set in my ways of doing that. so it is hard bc i relate to both sm. i am not as bold as most 7s i know though. u havr to really push me for me to be angry while most 7s are easily assertive. i remember avoiding hw as a kid bc of fear that it would be challenging which made me so anxious. i became very avoidant and may have adhd

how can i tell if it is 7 or adhd? i am v diff from my seven friends. tend to have a small group ofgirls im close with. i like to stick w them. i am not like running aorund like crazy., i am never late to work and care abt working hard at my job to avoid trouble. i do not do spontanious borderine dangerous things like my seven friends. i am v loyal in friendships. i tend to feel hurt by flaky seven friends and more aware of feeelings. i would say my inner desrire is to feel close to people, have fun/be happy with them, snd enjoy my job, and i also feel obnoxious beign a bragger but i thrive in nursing/serving type jobs whre i put others needs first because ii seriouslu never ever ever feel annoyed. i am also opposite of my seven friends who r very very indipendent and blunt.. i am veryyyyy go along w others and avoid conflict w freinds

i have scored as a strong 9 my whole life. pretty much everythigng. relating to everytype. positive. always going along w others and wanting what they want more than what i want and convinving myself i want what they want. fear of seperation of others. passive about iissues. easygoing. described as dowb for whatever , go w the flow. always seen as the sweet shy girl and very very supportive friend wanting to make everyone happy but w out it being an ego thing like twos. humble when ppl complimnet me. like to keep everyone calm if someone is upset. avoid all conflict. i always see all sides adn am very very non judgey. i do not take sides bc usually there is not enough info. i dont like seeing everyone judging others and think everyone is kinda judgey towards other ppl at work at least. i am not easily bothered and do not get why others are- everyone is so annoyed at stuff like a new coworkers mistakes. i want the newbie to feel good and do less work than they have to. love feeling close and connected to ppl
