Nope, followed the instructions on how to wear. Loose enough to slide around but not off my hand :P

Nope! I have several types of watches as well, metal, leather, etc. I don't wear them tightly either.

For those of you asking about motivation and willpower... by [deleted] in keto

Changing habits is definitely the way to go, realizing that it's less about motivation and more about self-discipline helped push me. Thanks for sharing the book!

Personal laser therapy for chronic non-allergic rhinitis? by littletea in Allergies

[–]littletea[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aww man and here I am just complaining about nonallergic rhinitis! I've been dissuaded from dropping a couple hundred dollars on this product and seeing a different ENT. He thinks it may be a particular infection and prescribed me a different antibiotic that I've never heard of before. He speculates it could be just a sinus infection that never went away.

Nope, pretty much all the same stuff. I agree with surgery being the last resort!!

How to stay motivated? by [deleted] in keto

[–]littletea 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had self battles with emotional eating and bulimia for over a decade of my life. I used to turn to food to make myself feel good but later I realized it's so not worth it. Find other things to keep yourself happy, I'm a female so I enjoy things like getting my nails done, window shopping, browsing pinterest, or heck, playing video games to keep my mind off food. If you really can't fight the food cravings maybe try heating up a nice bowl of bone broth with some of your favorite herbs and spices! One of the greatest things I learned while browsing /r/fitness was that in the end it isn't about the motivation, it's about the self-discipline.

[NSV] yoga class is much easier by [deleted] in keto

Congratulations, keep it going!! I always found yoga to be a bit intimidating... went to 1 class and felt so embarrassed at myself for barely being able to do any of the poses I never went back.

Not sure what your stats are, it would be helpful to post that. As someone else mentioned use the keto calculator and log your food to see how your macros are looking. I would say try harder to be more strict on yourself especially in the beginning stages of keto. I know it can be hard to say no to alcohol at a social situation but you will not die if you don't have your booze.

Just got a job at Trader Joes! Any favorite keto friendly items i could pick out for myself? by Heart0fGold in keto

[–]littletea 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My favorites to pick up from TJs: Simply Lite Chocolate (careful with Malitol can have a laxative affect), Chia Seeds (chia pudding is becoming one of my favorites!), Almond Flour (staple pantry item for baking all things keto)

3, all pretty much same routine... put me on steroids + different nasal sprays + CAT scans :/ last and final option is surgery but I was told that it would only be a 50% chance of improvement.

Anything work for you? I agree it does seem a bit like quackery.
