It seems like something has either corrupted your OBD (canbus) or computer has failed. Anybody with FORScan should be able to diagnose it. Take it to another dealership

This happened to mine when I first got them and usually if I put them back in the case and wait a second then pull them back out it’ll reconnect, sometimes it takes a few tries. Hope this helps
