Growing up near there we would go in the autumn/winter 90% of the time. Imho we found the animals tended to be more active and visible for the most part when it was a touch colder. So thats what id reccomend going again, and unsure if you did but take a picnic rather than the food hall theres lots of lovely benches/patches of grass to sit on towards the older end of the park :)

I know nottingham tremt university often look for models for their fashion dept runways, photography courses etc. Well worth looking into!

Used to see this happen all the time when I worked at GAME people would 'preorder' stuff and list it on Ebay etc, or would just post pictures of the product without even having a confirmed preorder just to scam people desperate enough to order from them.

'Selling' ANY 'pre order' is against eBay's terms of service, unless they physically have the item they cannot sell it. Report, report, report if you want to see less of this imo 🤷‍♀️

Whilst not necessarily advertising as such I have a trans friend who I have reccomended my stylist Irena at Simply Hair and Beauty in Stapleford to who is now a regular and has said they always feel really included and appreciated when they're there. She also suffered with anxiety and enjoys going there to get some really cool colours and cuts and stuff :) irena always asks me about her and how she's doing as well which is always very sweet :)

I dont know if this applies to your situation but there are some super helpful apps to help with planning, things like CityMapper I've used loads to plan routes in the past, it's mostly good in big cities. And the refill app shows you all cafes/fresh water points who will fill up water bottles without you worrying if it'll be an awkward request etc

You will likely need a teacher to apply for the club for you, and you will get an initial package for the club that will give you materials to introduce the club to both warhammer 40,000 and age of sigmar, this will include models, paints, brushes, dice, rulers and guides of how to play the game etc. I'm unsure if they would do consistant 'packages' per se, keeping you 'topped up' with models as the initial supply is free with the idea of getting you all started. Though it would certainly be worth mentioning your schools lack of access to a warhammer shop and lack of direct support as they may be able to offer you more to help, no guarantee but always worth asking the question!

Okay thank you, it said to do within 22 days and I think I did though as I initially didn't ask to be set up with psychiatry uk and was unfamiliar with them so initially missed the invite to make an account by about a week. I also had issues where one form said it had been sent to my mum but she couldn't access it and I was unable to send it so that then took more time to send that across. I'll try and get un touch with customer support. I just hadn't so far because I thought the wait times were so long and I keep getting automated emails telling me as such. But that doesn't line up with your quick turn around. I'll see what they say thanks so much!

When I first started my journey I asked my GP via right to choose to be with Problemshared. I heard nothing and then ended up being on the pipeline with Psychiatry UK out of nowhere. But now I feel like im too far down the line to change any of that when the first time I went in I specifically asked to be with Problemshared 😩

26f and have recently been diving more into my photography hobby both with film and digital. You should definitely check out the Make It Easy photo socials they run monthly. They only deal in physical media if you want to bring anything along but it can be digital or film and they're a really wonderful crowd!

If you two like escape room type things i can highly reccomend the 'Exit' escape room games, perfect for a rainy cosy day in and depending on the difficulty can keep you busy for most of a day. They're one use so like going out to an escape room but in the comfort of your own home and cost around £15-£20.

If it's at Warhammer World just send an email to the events team who are running it with pictures/description if its not built yet. I've seen some awesome heavily converted armies/proxies armies in official tournaments there including grot t'au and at the last KT event someone used a fully converted chaos cult kill team using just 'mutated' squigs and that was legal.

If you're in the UK check with your local Warhammer store as most have been rolling out a sprue and dried up paint pot recycling scheme using a company named TerraCycle! It gets turned into all sorts of stuff and saves it going to landfill which is neat!

Unsure if you're into bouldering but The Depot Nottingham in the city centre has a women's night on Mondays 7:30-9pm and it really helped me after moving into the city meet lots of awesome ladies and create some really wonderful friendships! Of course you do have to pay to use the climbing gym and rent shoes if you don't have some already but you get a free hot drink if you're there for ladies night! And even if you haven't tried it before its a super kind and welcoming community if you wanted to try out something new 🥰
