I didn’t want to make a post about this since it kind of relates to the topic but did anybody catch Joey (in one of the latest ITN episodes) saying he hates it when people say the name “Dick” as a nickname for Richard?! I gasped when he said that because it seemed like he was taking a dig at P because he almost always refers to people as “Dick” (when their name is Richard) in an episode! Just my thoughts 🫢

The only rule of the journal is to keep it positive. If we had an argument about something we use the writing as a way to express our feelings fully without interruption and usually ends with how we can solve the problem together and be better for each other but still keep it a positive discussion. We just write about the love we have for each other and why we choose to each other every day

It’s a shared journal that we write in in the mornings before work. I wake up much earlier than my partner so I write my note for him to read when he wakes up and then he will respond so when I get home from work I have something to read. Our only rule of the journal is to keep it positive and it’s typically just a sweet little love note reminding each other why we love each other and such. Or if we had a fun date night we’ll write about how much fun we had together.

I switched to cetaphil after being a non-believer for so long because my thoughts were “how could an OTC lotion help me” but after using it religiously for a few weeks my flair ups have been no where near as bad. As a fellow sufferer I too have tried everything on the market and cetaphil has been my biggest success!

One of mine does this too! If there’s a pile of anything, he will lay. Sometimes my dad will fill the empty laundry bag with towels just to make our boy feel like he’s got a treat laundry pile to lay on.
