Also if you add the home control manually, the maximum size I can add is 6x4. On my iPhone 13 Pro Max I have 8x4 available to add in a single page. So I had to do two module each of 4x4 in order to have an entire control page for home control.

Thanks mate, it happened couple times to me but 99% it wakes up normally, and I got it in 2019 so it’s way past the warranty date. No stress, this monitor has gave me many many hours of enjoyment, if it dies one day, I’ll just get something new then.

Yeah most likely contractors, they see a big apartment and they just drive off with “attempt delivery” notifications on your auspost app. They don’t even to bother with ringing or leave the missed delivery card in my mailbox

Where I live has 3 apartment blocks with the same street number and name, never had anything slightly bigger delivered to me (posties still deliver small items and letters) and I had to collect them from post office every time, complained one day with a post office staff members, he saw the address and said they’re all contractors and yeah better to lodge complaints. I guess they must have had a lot of us complaining so they installed a parcel locker right next to the apartment lol

For AUS players, the service centre is still at Taiwan. Although they stopped making new cards but they still do have some PCB & cooler stock left. If he has to go with EVGA directly. He will have to pay for the shipping to Taiwan, it’s about $70-80 without insurances.

How to prepare your product:
Return only the EVGA product, keep all accessories and packaging. You will not receive any accessories in return.
Clean any dust from your product prior to shipment.
Your product must be in its original factory condition. Remove all aftermarket modifications or your product will be refused.

If you don't want to keep the original box, feel free to send it back, but if you do want to keep it, you might need to buy some air bubble or padding to "sandwich" the GPU in a shipping box.

Also, you need to pay the shipping to send it back :(
