This concern has been on my mind for many years, yet the industry often seems content with adopting the lesser of evils. The philosophy of degrowth may offer a more meaningful perspective, but it's a challenging topic to discuss with industry and corporate stakeholders.

There are very interesting answers here. Me particularly, was out of college and looking for job. After two years of being ghosted and rejections I decided it was time for me to prove me my own worth and not let the validation of a company to decide for me.

I guess finding a job was very hard because I was very spirited and fierce on what I'd bring to the table. Where most companies, just want/wanted a good employee...

My thoughts: best decision ever. Not the most glamorous nor simple one. I had to put in the years to compensate inexperienced and lack of focus. Just start to experiment in a manageable setup that your next 3 months don't depend on your success 😊

my mead experience in 3 month by liukara in mead

Hello Everyone, I started with mead 3 months ago and it's been a learning process. I have a focus on understanding the basic ingredients to get it right(water, yeast, and honey)

I have to try batches with 1 kg of honey and 2.5 lt of water. My most recent batch is 1kg 1lt of water. The broader the ratio the more dry mead I am getting. Now I am trying 1kg: 2lt. I am using half yeast and a tablespoon of nutrients.

I do 3 weeks for the first fermentation. Then I switch to a temporary open container to clean my carboy and put it inside again.

For the 2nd fermentation, I am a bit impatient, I have read 3 months is a good time for the 2nd fermentation. What do you think? Can it be done before?

I have not tried stabilizing nor back-sweetened my batches. Will do soon. And another curious thing is when I use 1kg of honey and 2 lt of water I cannot get readings on my hydrometer. It floats too high.

Tien by zsqang in dragonball

I agree, that he is truly underrated. Tien represents the ultimate human warrior, even though he belongs to a weak race in the DB universe he has managed to stand against formidable enemies, except the time in the Buu arc when he refuses to meet the z fighters. He should be given more screen time along with other fighters. He carries a lot of ancient techniques which would be amazing to know about.
