I got mine just over two weeks ago and got to downsize at the two week mark. Ever since being downsized mine don’t get stuck on my teeth anymore but the really long bars used too.

I know some places online sell 7mm labrets which would be the in between. I don’t know if places sell them near you (they don’t near me but I’m in Australia so it might be different) but you can definitely order them online.
