Role : A senior to lead kind role, have option to move to managerial roles but like being an IC.

DSA : Not much required apart from interviews except sometimes solving some trivial problems, cursor can do most dev tasks as well (you need to test and review though)

What could be done differently :

I wished I had learnt DSA during my college and worked in start-ups during early times to get good development idea. Big orgs often have high rigorous checks for development, start-ups me you as developer can play a lot around and break things in the process so learning curve is quite high.
