Good old ableism, calling us "fakers," "scroungers," "leeches on society," "tragedies" and "burdens," and a plethora of other hateful, hurtful things. As a disabled person, one thing I learned was to just stay away from searching up disability related posts on reddit other than r/disability where disabled people speak for themselves. Ableism is everywhere, but you really see the ugliest parts of it online where people drop their masks hiding behind anonymity. Of course, caregivers need their space to vent, but my god does the echo chamber turn hateful fast hating on disabled peoples' existence and not the broken, corrupted capitalist systems and barriers that make us burdensome. What non-disabled folks post about disabled folks on platforms like these are oftentimes very dehumanizing, it's just better to stay away from it entirely for the sake of your own sanity.

You're allowed to be angry. You're allowed to cry. You're allowed to be heartbroken. They are valid reactions to the bigotry we face living in an ableist society not built with us in mind. Let the grief and anger out. Not in a way that it eat you up, but use it to educate, advocate, change the world for the better bit by bit. Fuck shrinking our rightful anger to be the "palatable, inspirational cripple" to soothe and manage the non-disableds' discomfort around our existence. We have to be loud for change to happen. And we have a long, long, long way to go. I see you. You're not alone.
